When you submit an enquiry or quote request through this website, we collect the details you choose to give us — your name, email address, phone number, the suburb or address of the job, and whatever you tell us about the plumbing work you need. We collect this information so we can respond to you, quote the job accurately and schedule a licensed plumber.

We also collect standard technical information when you browse the site, such as your browser type, the pages you visit and the approximate location your visit came from. This is aggregated analytics data and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use your information

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, provide quotes, carry out and invoice plumbing, drainage, roofing and gas fitting work, arrange access to your property, and keep the records we are required to keep as a licensed contractor. If you have asked us to, we may also contact you about a service reminder or a follow-up on work we have completed.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We share your details only where it is necessary to do the job or run the business: with the plumber attending your property, with suppliers or specialist trades engaged on your job, with our payment and accounting providers, and with the service providers who host this website and our email. Those providers are bound to use the information only for the services they provide to us.

Security and retention

Enquiries submitted through this site are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in access-controlled systems. This site uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated form abuse; your use of the form is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We keep job and enquiry records for as long as we need them to service you and to meet our legal, tax and licensing obligations, and we securely destroy or de-identify them when they are no longer needed.
